Diving into Adventure
The City of Rochester hosted its summerLEAP classroom at the Adams Street location in the historic Corn Hill neighborhood. Each day, enthusiastic young learners immersed themselves in hands-on science experiments and interactive activities that sparked curiosity and discovery. Outdoor play brought new adventures, while field trips added excitement and exploration. The highlight of the summer was the weekly swimming lessons through the Whale Tales program, where students gained confidence in the water and built essential safety skills.
