In 1968, the Ibero-American Action League was formed to focus on the development and growth of Latinos in Rochester. Today, Ibero serves people of all ethnic backgrounds and runs a variety of programs in the community, including services for youth, for families, and for individuals with developmental disabilities. Ibero’s Early Childhood Center is one of it’s many initiatives and has been serving the community since the 1980s. Ibero serves children as young as six weeks old through the age of five.
